PARK POLICIES
Your safety is our priority.
To ensure a fun, safe family environment for all our Guests, we ask you adhere to the following Park Policies, and to those outlined on the Programme & spacerMap you receive upon park entrance.  Guests "who spacerbreak the rules" will be ejected from the park spacerspacer2without a refund.  We appreciate your cooperation.
Guest Conduct.  Unruly behaviour and profanity   spacerwill not be tolerated, and will also be cause for park    ejection without a refund.
Alcoholic Beverages.  No alcoholic beverages   spacerare permitted to be brought on park property. 

Smoking Policy
African Lion Safari is a smoke-free park with the exception of three (3) designated smoking areas: All general parking lot(s), Area located behind Guest Services, area to the right of the Elephant Lookout.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Game Reserves
Convertibles, motorcycles and other unsuitable vehicles will not be permitted to drive through the game reserves. Windshields with cracks are not permitted to drive through the game reserves. Alternate transportation, the Safari Tour Bus, is available at additional cost.

No responsibility is accepted for damage to vehicles or trailers, their car bras, tires, lights, or canvas covers, vinyl roofs or other accessories. Make sure to remove all loose items.

Do not feed the animals.

Obey all signs. Keep all windows closed. Keep all doors locked.

Do not leave children unattended anywhere.

Restrictions for Tours and Features
At Misumu Bay Wet Play swim wear is required. Tight sealed swim pants are required on children wearing diapers. Available at Beach Store for minimal cost.

At Misumu Bay Wet Play height restrictions are in place, for the enjoyment and safety of children. Children will be measured by staff, and will receive appropriate wristband. To enter the area that has the Bucket children have to be between 40 and 60 inches (102cm to 150 cm) in height. Children under this height must remain in the other area of Misumu Bay that has the mushroom spray. Please supervise your children at all times.

At Jungle Playground height restrictions are also in place for the enjoyment and safety of children. Children must be between 3 and 5 ft (92 to 150 cm) in height.

At Toddler play area children must be 5 years of age or younger.

Supervise children at all times.

Remain seated with hands, arms, feet and legs inside all tour vehicles, including the boat and train.

Strollers/car seats/infant carriers are not permitted on the safari tour bus, boat or train.

The seating and restraints on certain park features/tours may prohibit elderly persons and guests of certain body shapes or sizes from participating.

For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, or other conditions that could be aggravated by park features/tours.

Inclement Weather
Some tours, shows and features may close temporarily during severe weather conditions. As soon as conditions permit safe operation these features will re-open. No Refunds and No Rainchecks due to inclement weather.

PHOTOGRAPHY
All photographs, videos or film taken by guests must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or reproduction for commercial purposes without written consent from African Lion Safari is prohibited.

SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
To ensure the health and safety of our visitor‚s pets, our animals, and other guests, African Lion Safari does not permit pets of any kind on its property. Shaded kennels are available for visitors who arrive with a pet.  
 
Service animals are welcome on property, however restrictions apply.  Please contact our main office at 519-623-2620 or 1-800-461-WILD (9453) before your visit so that we may review our policy and help make your day a safe and memorable one.

Spring 2010 -May 1 to June 25, Weekdays 9am to 4pm, Weekends 9am to 5pm.

Summer 2010 -June 26 to September 6, Daily 9am to 5:30pm.

Fall 2010 -September 7 to October 11, Daily 9am to 4 pm.

GAME RESERVE HOURS:
Spring 2010 -May 1 to June 25, Weekdays 10am to 4pm, Weekends 10am to 5pm.

Summer 2010 -June 26 to September 6, Daily 10am to 5:30pm.

Fall 2010 -September 7 to October 11, Daily 10am to 4 pm.

Grounds remain open for an additional 2 hours after the Game Reserves Close
